1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: on aircraft arrival
Check out: 9:30 am

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cost of accommodation.

3. Smoking and damage

Breeze cottages are strictly smoke free.
We reserve the right to charge for any damages to cottages and/or the surrounding property. This includes smoke damage/cleaning.

4. Accessibility

Unfortunately we do not cater for wheelchairs, as the property is not wheelchair accessible.
